Myofascial Release (MFR) is a gentle, hands-on bodywork therapy designed to address chronic pain, discomfort, and restricted movement at the source. Whether your pain stems from stress, injury (past or recent), surgery, trauma, posture imbalances, or repetitive activities you enjoy, MFR offers a safe and highly effective path to healing.

At the heart of this therapy is your fascia—the body’s vast web of connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles, bones, nerves, organs, and more. Because fascia forms a continuous 3D network throughout the body, restrictions in one area can create pain or dysfunction elsewhere. MFR works by applying gentle, sustained pressure to these restricted areas, encouraging the fascia to release naturally. This helps restore flexibility, improve range of motion, and ease pain.

Each 60 or 90-minute session is tailored to your unique needs and goals. We work in partnership with you—listening to your body, following its cues, and adjusting the approach accordingly. While initial sessions often focus on relieving symptoms, long-term progress comes from identifying and treating the root cause of pain, which may lie far from where it’s felt.
